Breakfast And After School Club
Breakfast Club (7:45am – 8:45am)
Join us for a nutritious and fun start to the school day. Our breakfast club is open from 7.45am, providing children with a tasty breakfast – a variety of cereals, hot foods, toast with spreads, fruit and milk. Breakfast is served until 8.15am and after there is time to play with friends.
Each day we offer a wide range of indoor play activities, as well as team games – run by our enthusiastic and friendly club workers. At the end of the session children are dropped at their playground by 8.45am so they can join their peers or classroom so they can join soft start.
This club is open to all children in Nursery -Year 6 and has availability every day. Regular and adhoc sessions can be booked through Parent Pay our online booking and payment system.
Charges:
The cost is £3.50 per day. To reserve a place for your child/ren in the club(s), please do so in advance via the ParentPay website.
Refreshments:
Children are offered a choice of cereal, fresh fruit, toast with spreads, in the winter warm porridge or other warm cereals. We will serve our breakfast with a drink of juice, water or milk.
Afterschool Club (3:30pm – 6pm)
After School Club is during term time only, from Monday to Friday between 3.30pm -6.00pm. St Elizabeth After School Club is situated in our Community House or KS1 hall.
St Elizabeth After School Club exists primarily for pupils of St Elizabeth School. Children from other schools may be accepted providing there are vacancies. St Elizabeth After School Club has a specific number of places available. We accept all applications but priority places will be given to:
– Looked after children and children with disabilities.
– Children who have previously used our after school club service.
– Children with Parents in full time employment.
– Priority will be given to siblings of existing Club members.
The number of children attending St Elizabeth After School Club and supervision levels at any session will be in accordance with Local Authority guidelines.
The varied programme includes arts, sports, recreational and educational activities.
St Elizabeth After School Club staff will supervise children at all times during Club hours, until they are collected by their parent/carer. The parent/carer must give written permission if they wish a child to go home unaccompanied during the summer months.

Refreshments:
Soft drinks and light refreshments will be provided at the St Elizabeth After School Club session. St Elizabeth After School Club is committed to providing healthy, filling snacks and have therefore decided to ensure our menu offers less bread focused snacks and increase the variety of food offered. Bread or cereals served will be wholegrain, designed to give our children energy for longer. All our snacks are designed to be filling and healthy to provide your child with plenty of energy to play. We will serve our snacks with fresh or dried fruit or vegetable sticks and water/milk. We can provide alternatives dependant on children’s allergies and intolerances.
Disciplinary Matters:
Any discipline matters will be brought to the parents’/carers’ attention by the Club leader. If the problem cannot be resolved, then the child may, at the discretion of the Head teacher be asked to leave St Elizabeth After School Club. No refund will be made.
